Manually Operated Version
The 6-inch long, ¼-inch diameter screw passes through a pivoting nut attached to the base board. A cap nut at the top of the screw pushes against a 5/8-inch nut attached to the drive arm. The camera platform rests on top of the drive arm. The two wing nuts visible beneath the camera platform attach the base board to the tripod and allow for quick assembly and disassembly.
